This post resonates so much! I’ve dealt with what I called depression, but now know a better name for it. Through work with cognitive behavioral therapy, I’ve learned to make daily habits into life changing things. It truly was small, boring, painful steps to a hugely better mindset. It’s still a daily battle but all least I recognize it for what it is.
